**Terms and Conditions for Toronto Limousine Taxi Company**
**1. General Terms**
1.1. {Service Provision} – Our limousine taxi service provides transportation within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). By
using our services, passengers agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1.2. {Service Availability} – The service operates 24/7. Reservations are recommended to ensure availability, especially during peak
times.
**2. Reservations and Cancellations**
2.1. {Reservations} – Reservations can be made online or via phone at least 4 hours in advance.
2.2. {Cancellations} – Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 3 hours of the pick-up time will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the fare.
**3. {Payment Terms}
3.1. {Payment Methods} – We accept payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment must be made upon
completion of the trip.
3.2. {Rates and Charges} – Rates are fixed based on distance, time, and type of vehicle selected. A rate card is available on
our website and upon request. All rates are subject to applicable taxes surcharges and Airport
fees .
3.3. {Additional Charges} – Additional charges may apply for extra services such as child safety seats, meet and greet
services, and waiting time.
3.4. {Airport Fees}
**Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ)** – Pick-up Fee: $15
– Meet and Greet Service: $70 – Child Safety Seat: $20 per seat – Wait Time: $1.50 per minute after the first 15 minutes of scheduled pick-up time – Wait Time at Airport: $1.50 per minute after the 45 minutes of the flight landing – Late Night/Early Morning Surcharge (1:00 AM – 4:00 AM): $20
**4. {Passenger Conduct}
4.1. {Behavior} – Passengers must maintain respectful and orderly conduct. Consumption of alcohol, smoking,
and illegal substances are prohibited in vehicles.
4.2. {Damage} – Passengers will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
5. {Luggage and Personal Items}
5.1. {Luggage Allowance} – Each passenger is allowed two standard-sized luggage and one carry-on item. Additional
luggage may incur extra charges.
5.2. {Personal Belongings} – Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for any lost
or damaged items.
