Why book transportation for a company holiday party?

Your team arrives together. Coordinating a group of people coming from different offices or cities usually ends in missed start times and a lot of group texts. One organized pickup keeps everyone on schedule.

Winter driving is stressful. December in Ontario means snow, ice, early darkness, and busy roads. Letting an experienced chauffeur handle it makes the trip easier for everyone.

It makes a good impression. If you’re hosting clients or executives, a clean, comfortable vehicle at the door shows you’ve thought about the details.

Which vehicle fits your group?

The right choice depends mostly on headcount and luggage. Here’s what we run:

Our hourly bookings have a 4-hour minimum. Rates start at $90/hour for our sedans and go up to $300/hour for the Sprinter, plus applicable taxes and surcharges. For bigger parties, many companies book two vehicles, for example, a Sprinter and a Suburban, so everyone still arrives at the same time.

How to plan your holiday party transportation

1. Lock in the basics. Pick your date, venue address, expected end time, and a rough headcount. If people are coming from several places, decide on one or two pickup points.
2. Choose your vehicle. Match it to your group size, and consider coats, bags, and any gifts you’ll be carrying.
3. Map out the schedule. Write down pickup times, the venue, and where everyone is being dropped off at the end of the night. If you need multiple stops, tell us upfront so we can plan the route.
4. Book early. December fills up fast. We accept bookings up to 4 hours before pickup, but for a busy holiday week we recommend reaching out 3 to 4 weeks ahead so you get the vehicle you want.
5. Know the terms. Cancellations made at least 3 hours before pickup avoid a fee. After that, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Waiting time and additional stops can affect the total, so ask us for a full quote.
