With a metered taxi, the final fare depends on traffic, route and time. With a flat rate, your fare is set when you book, based on your pickup or drop-off address and the vehicle you choose. A slow day on the 401 won’t change the fare you were quoted.

Airport fees and extras at Toronto Pearson
Here is what can apply to a Pearson trip, so there are no surprises:
Airport pick-up fee: $15
Meet and greet service: $70
Child safety seat: $20 per seat (let us know when you book)
Late night / early morning surcharge: $20 for pickups between 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM
Waiting time
- Airport arrivals: Waiting time starts 45 minutes after your flight lands, then it’s $1.50 per minute.
- Other pickups: The first 15 minutes after your scheduled pickup time are free, then $1.50 per minute.
Luggage
Each passenger can bring two standard-sized bags and one carry-on item. If you’re travelling with more, let us know when you book so we can send the right vehicle. Additional luggage may carry an extra charge.
Who a flat-rate airport ride suits best
Business travellers. A quiet cabin lets you take a call or go over notes before a meeting. A fixed fare also makes expense reports easier.
Families. Flying with kids and suitcases is hard enough. Having one price agreed in advance, a driver who helps load the luggage, and room for everyone makes it easier.
Visitors arriving from overseas. After a long flight, nobody wants to work out how to get downtown. A driver waiting for you is one less thing to figure out.
Event guests. Heading to a wedding, a conference, or a night out? An SUV or Sprinter van gets the trip off to a good start.
How to book

- Review your price and confirm.
Reservations should be made at least 4 hours before your pickup time, whether online or by phone. The form works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Payment and cancellations
We accept major credit cards, debit cards and cash, with payment made when the trip is complete. You can cancel free of charge up to 3 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations made within 3 hours of pickup time incur a fee of 50% of the fare.
