Most people assume the limo rental cost is far out of their budget. In reality, the price depends on the vehicle, how long you need it, and how many people are riding. Once you split the cost across a group, it is often closer to a few taxis or rideshares than you’d expect.
At Reliable Limousine, we publish our rates openly so you can plan before you call. Below is a breakdown of what you’ll pay, what’s included, and where the extra charges come from.
Limo Charges by Vehicle
Our hourly rates depend on the vehicle and passenger count. Most hourly bookings have a 4-hour minimum.
- Lexus 300h (up to 3 passengers): $90 per hour or $599 per day
- Cadillac XTS (up to 3 passengers): $90 per hour or $599 per day
- Chevrolet Suburban (6–7 passengers): $105 per hour or $950 per day
- Cadillac Escalade SUV (up to 6 passengers): $150 per hour or $1,250 per day
- Mercedes Sprinter (up to 11 passengers): $300 per hour or $1,400 per day
A daily rate covers up to 10 hours. Taxes and applicable surcharges are added to these rates. Every vehicle is fully insured and has a black leather interior, phone chargers, on-board drinks and snacks, and surround sound. All our vehicles also offer Wi-Fi.
How Group Travel Lowers the Charges Per Person
The headline hourly rate can look high until you divide it. Here is a simple 4-hour example, before taxes:
- Suburban, 6 guests: $420 total, about $70 each
- Escalade, 6 guests: $600 total, about $100 each
- Sprinter, 11 guests: $1,200 total, about $109 each
Compare that with booking two or three separate taxis or rideshares, and the gap narrows quickly. Everyone also arrives together, which matters for weddings, concerts, wine tours, and corporate events.
